R&D Position: Researcher of Application Engineering Department

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for application tests of new products, daily product tests, simulation of abnormal feedback from customers, new product tests at customer site, regular follow-up visits to customers, check customer usage, and maintenance of laboratory production line.

1． Education of high school or above (additional grade subsidies for college degree or above, or with coating experience);
2． 18 to 45 years old, able to work two shifts and in good health;
3． Need to work in three shifts (with night shift allowance).
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation of production machine (coating machine/slitting machine), product warehousing operation and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Able to handle the abnormal quality issues of dry film (optical film) application at production site independently.

Job Responsibilities:
Carry out inspection and test strictly according to product standard, drawing and inspection operation instruction, fill in inspection record truthfully and correctly, ensure the data is correct; mark and isolate the unqualified materials, and take direct responsibility for the unqualified products flowing into the next process; check and test the material on time, and mark the status; carry out the first inspection and in-process inspection, unqualified products in the first inspection shall not be put into mass production, and make records; supervise and guide operators to do self-inspection; record abnormalities or changes in the production process in time for easy traceability; apply statistical technology to the product quality statistics and analysis step by step; assist the head of quality assurance department to do other quality work, to ensure the normal operation of quality system.
